If the Cancel Order button is visible in your My Orders section, cancellation is still available. Once that button is no longer visible, the order has generally been accepted for production review, preparation, material allocation, customization, or manufacturing.

When Cancellation Is Possible
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Customers may cancel directly while the Cancel Order button remains visible in the My Orders section.
This usually means the order is still in review and has not yet moved into preparation, customization, material allocation, production planning, or manufacturing workflow.

When Cancellation May Not Be Possible
Once production begins, the process changes.
Once the Cancel Order button is no longer visible, the order has generally entered review, preparation, material allocation, customization, production planning, or manufacturing workflow. At that point, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Accepted for Production Review
The team may have started reviewing requirements, scheduling, production planning, or preparation.
Material Allocation Started
Materials may have been selected, reserved, cut, or prepared for the order.
Customization or Manufacturing Workflow
Custom dimensions, finishes, preparation, or made-to-order work may already be in progress.
Why This Policy Exists
Craftsmanship involves preparation.
Unlike mass-produced inventory, many products are created, customized, or prepared specifically for individual orders.
Once an order moves beyond customer self-cancellation, materials, labor, production scheduling, and workshop resources may become committed to that order.
This Cancellation Policy helps maintain fairness for both customers and the production team.
How To Request A Cancellation
Need to cancel an order?
Start by checking your My Orders section. If the Cancel Order button is visible, cancellation is still available. If the button is no longer visible and assistance is still required, contact support immediately with your order information.

If the Cancel Order button is visible, cancellation is still available from your account.
Cancel Directly
Use the button while cancellation remains available and the order has not moved into production workflow.
Contact Support If Needed
If the button is not visible but you still need help, contact us immediately with your order details.

Our team can clarify whether any assistance remains possible based on the order status.
